About Rebecca

Rebecca Kilmartin’s career journey with VMG began in 2009 when she joined as an event planner. Over the years, her dedication and expertise led her to roles of increasing responsibility, including Director of Operations in 2015 and Senior Director of Operations in 2019. Her time at VMG has been focused on shaping operational strategies and fostering a culture of excellence within the company.

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Rebecca’s professional path was influenced early on by her experience coordinating events for Coca-Cola during the 1996 Olympics. She attended Woodward Academy and pursued Business Management at Georgia State University, where she laid the foundation for her career in management and operations.

Prior to VMG, Rebecca spent over a decade in the marketing department of a leading residential real estate firm, gaining valuable insights into client relations and project management.

Outside of work, Rebecca lives in Alpharetta, Georgia, with her husband, who works in the music industry, and their two Havanese dogs. She is also a devoted Atlanta Braves enthusiast, having attended many games with her father growing up. Today, she holds season tickets and also attends spring training games every March to cheer on her beloved team.

Rebecca’s passion for travel has taken her to memorable destinations such as Switzerland, Costa Rica, the Canadian Rockies, Ireland, and Southern Norway. Her current travel aspiration is to witness the northern lights in Northern Norway, reflecting her love for exploring new cultures and natural wonders.
