Rosemary Radich serves as the Senior Director of Thought Leadership and Member Experience at VMG, where she leads efforts to enhance membership growth and sustainability while elevating member experiences through thought leadership initiatives.

With over 15 years of experience in data-driven strategy and customer engagement, Rosemary has excelled in elevating organizational profiles and enhancing client experiences through innovative marketing and data analytics, leading to the development of multiple patents for analytics products. She is a seasoned keynote speaker at events such as Microsoft Ignite, and her work has been featured on the AccuWeather Network and the Today Show.

Previously, Rosemary served as Chief Data Officer at Delta Bravo AI, focusing on improving operational efficiency and profitability through data science and artificial intelligence. Her prior roles include Principal Data Scientist at the American Veterinary Medical Association, where she developed digital tools and insights for 95,000+ members, and leadership of AccuWeather’s global data science team.

Passionate about data analytics, art, and social sciences, Rosemary enjoys exploring new cultures through travel, particularly for art and culinary experiences. She also teaches data science at Wichita State University, sharing her expertise with students in the College of Engineering and Barton School of Business. Rosemary holds a master’s degree in sociology from Wichita State University, specializing in quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
